Coaching sessions are available via Zoom, phone, or in person . Each session is tailored to your goals, covering topics such as self-care, stress reduction, healthy eating, actionable steps towards goals, breath work, journaling, and meditation and more.

As a Reiki practitioner and Sound Healing Therapist, I offer healing sessions in person, in the privacy of your home, or via Zoom. My serene space is designed to nurture you, calm the nervous system, and enhance the powerful healing effects of Reiki and Sound Vibration.

What is the Unalome?

Unalome: is a symbol for the journey to enlightenment. Our path to freedom.

It reminds us that the path isn't always straight, perfect or even the "right" path.

Our paths to awakening are filled with missteps, lessons to learn and suffering.

We all have different paths to take in life, to lead us to the life that we love and deserve.

I've always thought of myself as "different" in my approach to life, and questioned it that was normal. What is normal anyways?

I've embraced the different life events presented to me and chose to live by stepping into my power and facing my fears and stepping outside my comfort zone to find my path to freedom. Freedom from the path of the “conditioned life" and more in alignment to my passion and purpose.
